What methods of payment are accepted by Chi O Creations?

On our website, Chi O Creations accepts Visa and MasterCard only.

In the store, we accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash.

How is my order shipped?

As a customer of Chi O Creations, you have a choice at checkout to ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

In order to receive a package from FedEx or UPS, you must give a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS. If you need to ship to a PO Box, then you must select a USPS option.

If you need to ship to a military APO, FPO, or DPO destination please give us a call locally at 901.748.8601, or toll free at 800.488.4696.

Can I pick up my items in the store?

Chi O Creations offers a free in-store pickup option for Memphis and the surrounding areas. Items must be in-stock and be picked up at our store during regular business hours.

Business hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays and during occasional store closures.

All in-stock items are available for pickup between 24-48 hours after order is placed. If you need more than 48 hours or wish to pick up the same day, please call us locally at 901.748.8601 to make arrangements.

After I place an order, how quickly should I expect to receive it?

The Chi O Creations website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our boutique is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM CST, excluding certain holidays throughout the year. Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT considered business days by FedEx, UPS or USPS, so no packages will be shipped those days.

 Can I return merchandise?

Chi O Creations will gladly accept non-sale merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition within 30 days of the order date. Sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return. Repackage the item(s) you would like to return and send to:

Can I exchange jewelry or clothing items for a different size?

Who receives Chi O Creations’ profits and proceeds?

All profits and proceeds from the sale of Chi O Creations merchandise go to support the endeavors of Chi Omega Fraternity.

Yes. Chi O Creations has a Verisign SSL.

How can I find out my password if I forget it?

Just click the 'Forgot your password?' button on the log-in page and enter your email address.

Where can I purchase badges?

Alumnae can purchase replacement badges through Chi Omega Fraternity's Everyday website. The link for purchasing a replacement badge is on your individual profile page. You must log-in to view this information. If you are having issues logging into the Everyday website, please contact Chi Omega Fraternity by emailing chiomega@chiomega.com.

Badges for collegians are ordered through your chapter. If you are having issues, contact Chi Omega Fraternity by emailing chiomega@chiomega.com.

Where can I shop for licensed Chi Omega merchandise?

Licensed merchandise is now available directly on our website. You can find a large selection of Chi Omega branded merchandise without leaving the Chi O Creations site.  

Trademark Information for the Fraternity 

Chi Omega Fraternity owns the trademark rights to our name, greek letters, crest, silhouette owl, badge, and other items. We protect those trademarks because we are proud of the Chi Omega brand and want to ensure that all merchandise bearing our name is in good taste and of good quality.

We protect the Chi Omega brand through a licensing program whereby vendors receive permission to use our trademarks on merchandise. It is illegal for a company to use and manufacture items bearing Chi Omega trademarks without permission from Affinity Consultants.

Chi O Creations is the official merchandise boutique for Chi Omega Fraternity. Chi O Creations is the preferred vendor to produce merchandise with the Make-A-Wish and Chi Omega co-branded logo, and the signature name "Just Wish For It!".

You can help ensure proper use of Chi Omega’s symbols by purchasing merchandise through Chi O Creations or from another licensed vendor. When you do, proceeds and royalties are returned to the Fraternity and our marks are protected. Before purchasing from an outside vendor, investigate whether the vendor is licensed to use Chi Omega Fraternity trademarks by logging on to greeklicensing.com.
